We price by volume, not by item or by the hour. A half load is $250 and a full load is $450. Heavier materials like concrete and dirt carry an additional fee because of weight. We always confirm the final price with you in person before any work starts — no surprises after the truck is loaded.
Yes — same-day and next-day service is available depending on our schedule that day. The earlier in the day you call or text, the better your chances of getting picked up before evening.
We're based in Jacksonville and serve the surrounding area, including St. Augustine, Orange Park, Callahan, Yulee, St. Johns County, Nocatee, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach (Jax Beach), Mayport, Fernandina Beach, Ponte Vedra, Macclenny, Maxville, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Baldwin, and Bryceville. We take just about anything! Hazardous materials such as propane tanks, paint, chemicals, pesticides, and motor oil require special handling and are quoted separately — same goes for tires and car batteries. The only items we don't accept at all are medical and biohazard waste. If you're not sure about something specific, send a photo or just ask.
Not necessarily — if items are accessible (curbside, garage, driveway) and we've agreed on the price ahead of time, we can often complete the job without you present. For inside-the-home jobs or anything requiring a walkthrough, we'll coordinate a time that works for you.
Yes. We handle indoor pickups including garages, basements, attics, and inside the home itself — wherever the junk is, we'll go get it.
