We price by volume, not by item or by the hour — how much space your junk takes up in the trailer. Heavier materials like concrete and dirt carry an additional fee because of weight. Yes — same-day and next-day service is available depending on our schedule that day. The earlier in the day you call or text, the better your chances of getting picked up before evening.
We're based in Jacksonville and serve the surrounding area, including St. Augustine, Orange Park, Callahan, Yulee, St. Johns County, Nocatee, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach (Jax Beach), Mayport, Fernandina Beach, Ponte Vedra, Macclenny, Maxville, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Baldwin, and Bryceville. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
We're able to take hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, pesticides, motor oil, propane tanks), tires, and car batteries — these require special handling and disposal, so they carry an additional fee on top of the base load price. The only items we're not able to take are medical sharps and biohazard waste. If you're not sure about something specific, send a photo or just ask.
Not necessarily — if items are accessible (curbside, garage, driveway) and we've agreed on the price ahead of time, we can often complete the job without you present. For inside-the-home jobs or anything requiring a walkthrough, we'll coordinate a time that works for you.
Yes. We handle indoor pickups including garages, basements, attics, and inside the home itself — wherever the junk is, we'll go get it.
